He rose to fame for his ‘Deez Nuts’ comedy sketch. Since then, he has gained a lot of popularity and a large social media presence.
Welvin boasts a fan base of 88.4k followers on Instagram. On his profile, he has a lot of snaps with celebs, including DJ Khaled and Amber Rose.

Welven Da Great: Death hoax
The rumours are false and Welven Da Great is not dead.
Instagram user @1toneowilliams has debunked the fake reports and said that he spoke to Welvin just the other day.
Responding to a follower on Instagram on Thursday, July 16th, he said: “lol he’s not dead he dm me yesterday bro ppl always making shit up.”
It appears that the death hoax started following an obituary on DeadDeath which is why a lot of his fans have reshared the fake news on social media.
